Startup veteran, HCI and AI expert, and Carnegie Mellon Professor with a PhD from UC Berkeley. He was a co-founder of Wombat Security Technologies, which was acquired in 2018. He also co-authored The Design of Sites, which sold over 100,000 copies around the globe in multiple languages. A champion in his field and driven by the desire to improve human life through emerging technological advances, he’s now co-captaining the ship at fuguUX.

Former employee and researcher at just about every major tech company, HCI and AI expert, and Carnegie Mellon Professor with a PhD from Carnegie Mellon. He is a systems thinker who believes in empowering people with the knowledge to take control of their own digital experiences. When he’s not co-captaining the ship at fuguUX, he’s teaching future leaders in the tech field and writing notable research papers for major publications in the computer science community.

Former Google software engineer working on the cloud with expertise in Human-Computer Interaction. He works mainly on our backend and likes weaving together innovative solutions that help bring the pieces of our product together. When he’s not coding, he likes collecting cool gadgets and figuring out how they work.

Former PNC platform product owner, Atlassian engineer, and generalist consultant with experience building greenfield projects. He is a full-stack problem solver who delivers the fine details that makes a user experience feel great. After hours, he's performing comedy for occasionally sold-out crowds.

He is a software engineer formerly at TikTok working on reliability of our product. When he’s not checking in detail to make sure our analyzers are running or working on building the experience, he’s taste-testing nachos across the city while jamming out to death metal.

User advocate and multifaceted designer formerly in Hollywood and healthcare, Ziyan finds patterns in data and crafts them into delightful experiences. When she’s not driving the design of our product or conducting user research, she’s doodling up cute critters on her iPad.

An efficient and solution-oriented builder of our machine learning tools. He worked on a tool that assisted AI practitioners in identifying and assessing privacy risks with their consumer-facing product ideas. When he’s not enhancing our machine learning algorithms, he loves to cook, jog, and crack open a good sci-fi novel.
